Eligibility for Return & Refund
To be eligible for a return and refund, your request must be made within 3 (three) calendar days of receiving the product.
The product must meet all of the following conditions:
-Unused and in its original condition.
-In its original packaging.
-All tags must be attached.
The following are NOT eligible for returns or refunds:
-Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or accident.
-Items not in their original condition, are used, or have missing tags.
-Any item returned after the 3-day window.

Please provide your order number and details of the issue when contacting us. Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment and/or your Blakden shop credit balance.
Please allow 5 to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please:
-Check your original payment account (e.g., bank, bKash, card statement) again.
-Contact your payment service provider, as it may take some time to process the transaction.
-If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@blakden.com
Shipping for Returns
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please check the item in front of the delivery person. If you see an issue, do not accept the delivery. Please return the item to the delivery person immediately and contact us at hello@blakden.com with your order number. We will send a replacement.

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
